As a result, many young people struggle to understand the cost of living and rely entirely on their families. This dependence can place a significant financial burden on single-income households, making it even harder for families to support their children’s future.
With Japan’s economic growth slowing and stable job opportunities decreasing, it is more important than ever to help young people gain practical skills and confidence. Encouraging them to work not only provides financial stability but also nurtures essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and responsibility.
Vice Principal Hirakata: A Guiding Light for Our Students
At the heart of Samugaku’s mission is Vice Principal Hirakata, whose dedication to students is truly inspiring. With a heart full of love and unwavering commitment, she helps young people learn how to communicate, make friends, sustain employment, think critically, and develop empathy.
She takes the time to listen to each student, offering wisdom and kindness while guiding them toward independence. Despite facing misunderstandings or challenges, she remains devoted to supporting every student, always believing in their potential. Her patience and compassion make a lasting impact on those she helps.

サムガクでは、すべての若者が成長し、自立し、社会で活躍できる力を持っていると信じています。私たちは、一人ひとりに合わせた支援を行い、不登校、ひきこもり、NEETなどの若者が社会に踏み出せるようサポートします。
日本では、親が子どもの生活をすべて支える家庭が多く、金銭管理や生活費の大切さを学ぶ機会が少ないことがあります。その結果、子どもが経済的に自立できず、家庭の収入に大きな負担がかかることもあります。
また、日本の経済成長が鈍化し、安定した仕事に就く若者が減少しています。今こそ、若者が働く力を身につけ、収入を得ることが大切です。働くことは、経済的な安定だけでなく、コミュニケーション力や責任感、問題解決能力を育てる大切な機会です。
サムガクの副校長・平形先生の想い
サムガクの副校長・平形先生は、愛情をもって若者を支えています。平形先生は、コミュニケーションの方法、友達の作り方、仕事の続け方、考え方、共感する力など、大切なスキルを教えています。
平形先生は、生徒一人ひとりの話をしっかり聞き、愛情と知恵をもってサポートします。時には誤解されたり、批判されることもありますが、どんな時も生徒を信じ、支え続けています。その優しさと忍耐強さは、本当に素晴らしいものです。
