今日のブログは茶々が書いています。気温が急に下がりましたね。この冷え込みにどう対処していますか？
For the upcoming event on September 30, School Festival, every student and staff are with certain responsibilities. Everyone is sort of busy. For some students, School Festival and its program are quitechallenging.
9月30日に迫っているイベント、学園祭に向けて、生徒もスタッフも皆責任感を持って忙しなく動いています。そして学園祭というのは一部の生徒にとって大きな挑戦といえるものです。
For some students, conversing with someone is not easy. Besides students are to work as a team and they are to perform before many people. As a result, students are facing challenges as big as a tall mountain for the moment.
生徒の中には他人と会話するのが簡単じゃない、という生徒もいます。しかも学園祭ではチームとして動かないといけませんし、たくさんの観客の前でパフォーマンスしなければいけません。
For all the staff, we need to be sensitive and have discernment about the students, their capacities, their emotional condition… Above all, no student is left alone.
そしてスタッフも、生徒達や、生徒の力、感情、なにより一人も生徒が孤独にならないように敏感に注意深く見守る必要が有ります。
This morning, I talked to the student about the disaster and the earthquake death toll at the morning assembly. The death toll rises to 42. I shared with the students that there are many suffering from health deterioration and from disaster. However, people are grateful to their family members, friends and what they have.
今朝、私は朝礼で、災害と地震の犠牲者数について話しました。死者数は42にもなっています。たくさんの人が災害や病気などで苦しんでいるという話をしました。けれど人々は家族や友人、今あるものに感謝をして生きています。
Of course, we(students) do have lots of heart pangs and hidden struggles. As we are here in Samugaku and with all the staffs, we naturally are loved and cared fully. I urge student, learn to connect and to share their struggles with the staffs. Knowing hearts (emotional conditional) and deciding the timing to deal the struggles or ask helps is NOT easy at all. So students and staffs are making their best effort in order to make LIFE a lot more easier and meaningful.
もちろん、生徒達を含め私達はたくさんの心の痛みや隠された苦しみを抱えています。けれどサムガクにいて、スタッフ達と一緒にいる限り、生徒たちはたっぷりと心配され、自然と愛されていきます。私は生徒たちにスタッフとつながって、苦しみやもがいていることを伝えて欲しいと言っています。心（感情）を知ることや、苦しみと向き合ったり助けを求めるタイミングを決めることは決して簡単ではありません。だから生徒達もスタッフ達も、人生をより生きやすく、意味のあるものにするために精一杯努力しています。
Dancing truly help many people to open their hearts or to be themselves. Students dance with all their strength. They sweat a lot. They are somehow set free from their physical restraint. They find their capacities as well as their short-comings.
ダンスは心を開いたり、ありのままの自分自身になることにとても役立ちます。生徒達は力一杯踊り、たくさん汗をかきます。すると身体的な制約からいくらか解放されるものです。そして自分の短所と同じくらい自分の長所や能力に気づきます。
Today I asked a few students how are their feelings with all the given tasks! They all asked with a wide smile, ‘though a bit tired, School is FUN indeed.’
今日、数人の生徒に、やらないといけないことに対してどう思うか聞いてみました。（学園祭の準備等で生徒達はたくさんの仕事や作業を抱えています）
すると彼らは皆にっこり笑って、「少し疲れているけど、学園は本当に楽しい」と答えてくれました。
It is so interesting for me to see the students work together for School festival in the afternoon. More or less, students are caring. At times, caring itself isn’t working so well. Students get frustrated, confused and exhausted at times. Being kind and caring one another seem good at first. Without setting a proper goal and time table, being kind and caring get ended in unfinished tasks and uneasy feelings. So we, staff, become a good listener to individual students. Students are indeed so loved and blessed by their parents, families, staff, school and many.
午後、学園祭の準備を一緒にする生徒達を見るのはとても興味深いです。多かれ少なかれ生徒達は気を使います。気を使うということは時折うまくいきません。だから生徒達も時にはイライラして、混乱して、疲れ果ててしまいます。優しいことや、互いに気を使いあうことは、初めは良いことのように思えます。けれど適切な目標や計画を立てないと、優しさや気遣いは、やるべきことも終わらない、不安だけが残る、そんな結果に終わってしまいます。だから私達スタッフは生徒一人一人にとって良い話し相手、良い相談相手でいます。生徒達はご両親やご家族、スタッフ、学園、その他多くの人から本当に愛されています。
In the late afternoon, two students and I went to collect the yellow colored receipts at Aeon. 1% of the yellow colored receipts will be going to help our school. We are so grateful to Aeon. Many people recognize our students and their willingness to making changes in their lives. Many people show their support with actions.
夕方、私は二人の生徒と一緒にイオンに黄色いレシートを集めに行きました。黄色いレシートの金額の1パーセントが侍学園に寄付されることになっています。イオンの方々には本当に感謝しています。たくさんの人々が、侍学園の生徒や生徒の人生を変えたいという意志を知ってくださり、行動とともに支援してくださっています。
I am so grateful to many people who think of us and help us with everything they can.
私たちのことを考え、出来る限りの支援をしてくださるたくさんの方々に心より感謝もうしあげます。
