Dear All,
We are doing well in everything. As graduation of 2017-18 is getting closer, students and staffs have mixed- feelings. Every morning, we have choice studies which help students to work in a group! By the way, Chaa is blogging today. As for me, I am so touched to see students grow. Students face happy and bad experiences, yet, they aren’t alone. We, staffs, are with them in times of struggles and happiness.
みなさんこんにちは。私たちはいろんなことをうまくやっていますよ。今年度の卒業式が近づき、生徒もスタッフも複雑な気持ちです。毎朝、私たちは生徒が集団での活動を学ぶ『チョイスタ』（チョイス・スタディーズ）をやっています！ところで、今日のブログは茶々です。私にとって、生徒たちの成長を見るのは感動です。生徒たちは幸せなことにも悪いことにも向き合いますが、孤独ではありません。困難なときも幸福なときも、我々スタッフは彼らとともにあります。

I thought that learning language is not interesting for students. I was utterly amazed that students love learning languages.

Today I taught Unconscious Bias and how it affects in our daily routine. At times, Unconscious Bias leads us miserable situations when we ignore the fact that we have Unconscious Bias.
今日は、無意識のバイアスと、我々の日々の生活にそれがどう影響するのかについて触れました。我々が無意識のバイアスを持つという事実を無視したとき、無意識のバイアスは私たちをひどい状況に追い込みます。
For students, today subject might be quite tough. However students are actively participating in Questions and Answers.
生徒にとって、今日の主題はとても難しかったかもしれません。しかし、生徒たちは質問タイムにも積極的に参加していました。
If we recognize our Unconscious Bias, we can make decisions in a better way.
もし私たちが無意識のバイアスを認識すれば、私たちはより良い決断をできるのです。

Sports: A team work and Mutual understanding are a must to practice in sports.
スポーツ。チームワークと相互理解は、スポーツの練習においては必要不可欠です。
Playing as a team is challenging. Yet, a team player spirit is most important in order to live harmoniously.
チームでプレイすることは難しいです。しかし、チーム・スピリットは平和に生活するためにはもっとも重要なことです。
Sports make students SMILE and FREE indeed.
スポーツはまさしく、生徒たちを笑顔に、そして自由にします。
Sports play a big role for every student to be free and to let go all emotional struggles.
自由で、感情的な対立を避けるために、スポーツをすることはどの生徒にとっても重要な役割を果たします。
Winning and losing isn’t the main goal. Building a good relationship is the main goal here in our school.
勝利や敗北は主要な目的ではありません。良い関係を構築することが、我々の学校の主要な目的なのです。
Tonight we have RADIO show and mini concert at ENT. Staffs are somehow so very talented in many area. Look at our vice principal. She is a mother to all students and a star of our school as well. We are so helped by all the readers and supporters.
