Today is a good day. Our day begins with smiles and a peaceful atmosphere. A fine weather is additional.
たくさんの笑顔と和やかな雰囲気で一日が始まり、さらにいい天気で、良い一日になりました。
Our school is so blessed. Many have been supporting us constantly over these years. This morning too, sausages and hams were delivered by Delaage.
侍学園はとても恵まれています。たくさんの人が私たちを継続的に何年も支援してくださっていて、今朝もデラゲーさんからソーセージやハムを寄付していただきました。
Students are learning basic skills to fit in the society. Besides, all the meals are yummy and could fill students always. So grateful to many who help our school by various means.
生徒たちは社会で生きていくための基本的なスキルを学びながらも、美味しいご飯でいつもお腹いっぱいになることができています。さまざまな方法で侍学園を支援してくださるたくさんの方々に改めて感謝いたします。
Choice studies: students are occasionally given options regarding the tasks and subjects. Choice studies truly help many student to make a tiny decision or to think something thoroughly.
チョイスタ：生徒たちは自分でやりたい課題を選ぶことが出来ます。チョイスタのおかげで、生徒たちは小さな自己選択や真剣に考えることを学ぶことが出来ます。
At times, making decisions and choosing one things is a quite tough task for certain students. Here, students are being informed that there are always options in a daily routine as well as in life.
決断することや何かを選ぶことは生徒によっては、時折なかなか大変なことでもあります。ここでは、人生と同じように、毎日のルーティーンの中にいつも選択があるということを生徒に伝えています。
This morning I had a good brisk walk in group for 30 to 40 minutes. While having a good brisk walk, there I could see chatting, listening, conversing, being silence, laughing…
今朝、私は30〜40分間ウォーキングをしました。気持ち良いウォーキングの間、お喋りしたり、話を聞いたり、時には静かになったり、笑ったり、そんな光景を見ることが出来ました。
No one is left alone in our school. I hope that students will feel every moment that there is always someone who accepts and understands them.
学園では一人ぼっちの生徒はいません。生徒たちには、自分を受け入れて理解してくれる人が必ずいることを常に感じて欲しいと思っています。
Before the morning class, students expressed and presented their opinions and their impressions upon the flats/apartment that they went to see. The Real Estate company did a detail presentation of the flats and those conditions to students accordingly.
午前中の授業の前、生徒たちはアパート見学の感想や意見を発表しました。不動産会社さんは生徒たちの状況に合わせて詳しくアパートについて教えてくださいました。
In the morning class, a first question was being raised, ‘who prepared the very chair you are sitting now?’ Students’ answers were varied: Sponsors, Parents, Senior students. The second question is, ‘Why did the people prepare chairs for you and me? Why?’
午前中の授業での、最初の質問は「誰が今座っている椅子を用意してくれたのか」でした。生徒たちの答えは様々で、スポンサーさん、保護者、先輩たちといったものでした。
次の質問は「どうして椅子を私たちのために用意してくれたのか」です。
Motto/Ideal/ Objective of Our school is 共育 ’growing together’.
侍学園の理念は、「共育」です。
With our school’s motto, many come to understand and sympathize and cooperate with the school. Now we are here in the 16th year of our school surrounded by many, all because of countless people who care and support us all these years.
この学園の理念にたくさんの共感や理解、協力をいただいています。そして今、侍学園は16年目を迎えており、すべては数え切れないぐらい多くの人々に気にかけていただき、支えてもらったおかげです。
Firstly, we are so grateful to all the board members of our school for their beings, their support, wisdom and time. Secondly, we would like to express our thanks to all the sponsors for their unceasing helps.
まず、私たちはすべての理事の方々の存在や支援、知恵、時間を割いて協力してくださっていることに感謝したいと思います。そして、すべてのスポンサー様の途切れない支援に感謝を示したいと思います。
Now our school is walking on the path of 16 years. When we look back, there are many people who set aside their time, money, care, support to our school. Today’s class gives all of us to look back and be grateful to all the people who were and are parts of our school. We are so blessed and so grateful.
学園も16年目続き、振り返ると、多くの人々が時間やお金、支援を私たちに注いでくださいました。今日の授業は私たち全員にとって、振り返って学園の一部になってくださっている全ての人々に感謝する機会となりました。恵まれていると実感するとともに感謝いたします。
Our lunch is always yummy and volum-y (my apologies to use Japanese English here). Students are being scheduled to have three good meals a day accordingly. Eating regularly leads students to have a good healthy lifestyle.
昼食はいつも美味しくてボリューミーです。（日本語英語を使ってすみません）
生徒たちは一日三食時間通りに食べるように予定を組まれています。規則正しい食事は健康的な生活習慣を作ってくれます。
P.E.
Wednesdays we do have P.E. class. Today is it. Students learn how to do exercise properly. Though I was super exhausted, students learnt how to do exercise properly and maintain body position.
水曜日は体育の授業がある日です。生徒たちはちゃんとした運動を学びます。私は疲れ果ててしまいましたけれど、生徒たちは運動と姿勢を維持する方法を学びました。
Life is full of learning. Learning makes us grow. Here students are learning naturally on a daily basis.
人生は学びであふれています。学ぶことで私たちは成長します。ここで生徒たちは日常の中で自然にいろんなことを学んでいます。
