Hello from Samugaku! サムガクからこんにちは！
Today we have Mr. Kobayashi, yaponsuki. Allow me to brief what I learnt from his lecture this afternoon.
今日はヤポンスキー小林さんをお迎えしました。今日の午後彼の講義で私が学んだことを短くまとめてみました。
Everyone have a complex about his/her heights, inabilities, etc. At the same time, his words assure us that we all are born with talents. We all have voices. We all have fear. We all have vital element to be known by people.
誰もが自分の身長や弱点にコンプレックスを持っています。 同時に彼の言葉で私たちみんなが才能を持って生まれてきたことを確信しました。私たちはみんな声を持っています。 私たちはみんな恐れを持っています。 私たちはみんな人から認知される重要な要素を持っています。
Says he, all the flaws/ complexes and gifts are properly and beautifully applied in their daily lives and their professions for all the TV talents (geinin). I do think that students are being heartened.
彼は言います。すべての欠点やコンプレックス、才能は正しく見事に、テレビタレント（芸人）の日々の生活と芸に生かされています。生徒たちはその言葉に鼓舞されていると本当に思います。
Yapon suki Kobayashi is pragmatic. Circumstances do not seem to bother and disturb him. He keeps moving forward. He keeps making efforts.
ヤポンスキー小林さんは現実的な人です。周りの状況に彼は悩んだり困ったりするように見えません。常に前に進んでいます。常に努力しています。
Everything including our weaknesses/ vulnerabilities can be beneficial. Being tiny, being fat/heavy, being bald, and being ugly can be our advantages in life. His being simple speaks straight to the hearts of students. His personality is likeable. He expresses his feelings freely. He adds jokes when he shared his life and work experiences in friendly manner.
私たちの弱点、弱みを含めてすべては有益なものなのです。小柄でも、太っていても、はげていても、かわいくなくても、それらすべてが私たちの強みになりえます。彼のシンプルな話は生徒たちの心にまっすぐ届きます。彼の性格はみんなに好かれます。彼は自分の感じるままに気持ちを話します。彼は自分の人生と仕事の経験をジョークを交えて親しみやすく話します。
How he words his episodes are really incredible and understandable. 彼の言葉とエピソードは本当に驚くべきものでありよくわかります。
He and his experiences both failures and semi success and success TAUGHT us that life is interesting and worth living. Everyone is unique. Interests are varied. Interests may change. Life comes with lots of surprises. How to define all the incidents in lives is vital.
彼と彼の失敗と微妙な成功と完ぺきな成功の経験はどちらも私たちに人生は面白いし生きる価値のあるものだということを教えてくれました。興味は様々です。興味は変わっていきます。人生はたくさんの驚きとともにやってきます。日々の出来事の意味をどうやって明確にするかが重要です。
When I was hearing him, When I was watching his moves, I feel like to be oneself is beautiful.
彼の話を聞いているとき、彼の動きを見ているとき、自分自身でいることは素晴らしいという風に感じました。
With and through many rejections and failings from contests and auditions, he is made stronger. His personality is likeable. People around him recognized his being and efforts.
コンテストやオーデイションに落ちたり失敗したりしたことを通して彼はどんどん強くなっていきました。彼は好かれる性格です。彼の周りの人たちは彼の人となりとその努力を承知しています。
Life is challenging. Yet, we learnt from yaponsiku Koboyashi that everything is possible. Before one of the big events, his partner had made a big decision not to continue comedy profession. There were times, he was cheated and his deeds were not recognized. The contents and forms of his works are being altered and adapted with the situations. Depending on expectation of people, his styles and patterns needs changes and adjustment. Needless to say, there are approaches and patterns which were very new to him.
生きていくのは大変です。しかし、私たちはヤポンスキー小林さんからどんなことも可能であることを学びました。ある大きなイベントの前に彼の相方はコメディアンを辞めるという大きな決断をしました。いろんなことがありました、彼はだまされたり、彼の頑張りが結果につながらなかったり。彼の芸風は状況に応じて変わっていきました。お客さんの期待に応じて彼のスタイルは変えたり合わせたりする必要があります。言うまでもなく、彼にとっては初めてのアプローチやパターンもあります。
One day, he was about to perform one stage and saw lots of well-known/ famous people who were professional about cartoons and comedians. he lost his cool and was nervous. Yet, he keeps making efforts in any given situations. As he looked back his life and all the incidents happened in his life, he said… there was nothing meaningless/ worthless happened in his life. Everything happened in his life has meanings and everything falls in place.
ある日、彼は一つのパフォーマンスをやろうとしていて、漫画とコメデイのプロでよく知られたたくさんの有名人を見ました。彼は冷静さを失い、ナーバスになりました。しかし、彼は与えられた状況の中で一生懸命やり続けました。自分の人生と起こった出来事を振り返り、彼は言いました・・・人生において意味のないこと、価値のないことは何もない。彼の人生で起こったすべてのことはすべてに意味があり、すべてが所定の位置に収まる。
He quoted, ‘The past cannot be changed. Yet, the meaning to the past can be changed.’
彼は次のように引用しました「過去は変えられない。でも過去に対する意味は変えられる。」
Above all, the struggles we have in the past can be and will be our episode on the stage or in our lives. Making efforts and consistency are the keys to stability.
何にもまして、私たちの過去の悩みは人生のステージにおけるエピソードになるのです。努力すること一貫していることが安定のカギとなるのです。
We grow today too!
