Today, the main coordinators visited both the students and company supporters at one of the construction sites. It’s important to both support students in getting work experience through our programs and coordinate with companies to build good relationships and create further job opportunities.
Some students may only be able to work for a day or a week, but through coordination with companies the companies can feel that they are supporting our students who will work in the future to support the local community. Students, too, can feel like they are getting experience regardless of how long they are able to work that particular job.
People who get various work opportunities are able to find something that suits them so they can find a permanent opportunity and build their future. Through coordinating with both students and companies, we can bring people back into society and help them make a brighter future.
