一緒にいれば、モチベーションを維持することは可能です。
一緒にいれば、成長も約束される。
We can improve our thinking and working in a community.
コミュニティにいることで、我々の考え方や働き方を改善することができます。
Our students learn to know themselves.
Our students have learnt to know their talents by working in the field and interacting with people.
生徒たちは自分自身を知ることを学ぶ。
私たちの生徒たちは、現場で働き、人々と接することで、自分の才能を知ることができました。
Life is precious.
At the same time, life is hard.
人生は尊い。
同時に、人生は厳しい。
Today I would like to talk about our vice principal Hirakata.
今日は平方教頭先生についてお話したいと思います。
She loves her students so much and beyond.
She loved and loves and will love students even if students’ behaviors are ruthless at times.
平方先生は誰よりも生徒たちを愛しています。
彼女は、生徒の態度がどんなに良くないことがあっても、すべての生徒を愛している、愛し続ける、そしてこれからも愛します。
Vice principal could give all her heart and time to the student who needs and are in needs literally.
平方先生は、文字通り生徒のことをいつも考えて、必要としている生徒たちに、心を尽くし、２４時間、お時間を割くことができる。
She will give and give what she has to the students who are growing.
I would like to introduce a couple of episodes i have through working with her!
自分の持っているもの 経験、知恵、知識を、成長している生徒たちに与えてくれる。
そんな彼女とのエピソードをいくつか紹介したい！
Episode 1
Our headteachers spend hours and hours with pupils.
In doing so, pupils learn how to put their feelings into words.
She then helps pupils develop their communication skills, and pupils are sent for training. The pupils are then sent to the field.
They were sometimes scolded and sometimes misunderstood.
But her love and care for the hard-to-understand students grew even greater.
我々の教頭は、何時間も生徒たちと過ごしています。
そうすることで、生徒たちは自分の気持ちを言葉にする方法を学ぶことができている。
そして、彼女は生徒たちにコミュニケーション・スキルを身につけさせ、生徒たちは研修に派遣されている。そして、生徒たちは現場に派遣される。
時には、誤解されることもあるです。
しかし、理解されにくい学生たちに対する彼女の愛情と配慮はさらに大きくなって。。。みんなのお母様と言っても相応しい。。。
Episode 2
Hirakata sensei and I are in charge of certain hikikomori people who require regular visits and a certain amount of time.
In my case, I find it distracting when shut-ins change extremely slowly.
I sometimes get frustrated because people who are withdrawn are not interested in my conversations or efforts.
However, Hirakata sensei has prepared items that may be of interest to shut-ins.
Her kindness goes beyond that. She’s just beautiful.
平方先生と私は、定期的な訪問と一定の時間を必要とする特定の引きこもりの人々を担当しています。
私の場合、引きこもりの人の変化が極端に遅いと気が散ってしまいます。
引きこもりの人が私の会話や努力に興味を示さないのでイライラすることがあります。
しかし、平方先生は引きこもりの人が興味を持ちそうなものをいつも用意していました。
彼女の優しさはただ美しいです。
Episode 3
Let me tell you about a program at a school.
Some activities may require time, effort, and special considerations for safety. When clearing a house for renovation, use tools to destroy large furniture, scrape and paint old walls, and throw away trash. . .
Hirata sensei is always close to the students and encouraging the entire team in any activity or field. She cares about her students and makes the necessary arrangements accordingly.
ある学校のプログラムについて話させてください。
アクティビティによっては、時間、労力、安全性への特別な配慮が必要となる場合があります。 リフォームのために家を片付けるときは、大きな家具を破壊したり、古い壁を削って塗装したり、ゴミを捨てたりするための道具を使用する。。。
平方先生は、どの活動や現場でも常に生徒に寄り添い、チーム全体を励ましながら取り組んでいます。 彼女は生徒たちを気遣い、それに応じて必要な手配をしてくれています。
Above all, students are taught how to work together as a team and are trained as full members of society.
何よりも、生徒たちはチームとして協力する方法を教えられ、社会の一員として訓練されています。
